CABIN RATES

All of our cabins here at Heston's are completely outfitted for housekeeping. The modern cabins have full kitchens, with gas or electric ranges, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and dishsoap. They are heated with gas furnaces and also have a fireplace woodstove in each living room. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Our cabins are on secluded, wooded lakeshore lots. Most of them have decks that overlook Gunflint Lake. A wood-burning sauna is available for our guests.

Jasper cabin is a rustic cabin that is fully outfitted for housekeeping, but has no indoor plumbing. Water is brought in by the bucket, and there is an outhouse out back. This cabin is available only from July through September.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

Prices subject to change without notice
Check-in is 3:00 p.m.; Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
A $300 deposit is required within 7 days from when you make your reservation.
We will refund your deposit if a cancellation is made at least 6 weeks in advance, or if we can re-book your cabin.
Guests leaving before their scheduled departure will be billed for the full reservation.
No pets allowed, no exceptions.

Summer

Canoes are available to registered guests at no charge.
Boats and motors are available to rent by the day or week. 15 hp on 14' boat: $75/day. 20hp on 15' boat: $85/day.
Life preservers are provided with boats and canoes.

Winter

The Gunflint Trail ski pass is required for skiing on the trails in the Upper Gunflint Trail system. This pass is available at the lodge.

Visiting Canada now requires a special permit, a CANPASS. These must be obtained in person at a border crossing office, or by mail four to six weeks in advance. For more info, call 807-624-2158, or see Remote Border Crossing Permit
