Spruce Cabin

Year-Round Family Resort and Cabins, Up North on Minnesota's Gunflint Trail. Be in the Woods…

Spruce was built in 1991 by Greg, Cousin Myrl, and many friends. There are two large bedrooms upstairs. Each has a queen bed and two twin beds. The front bedroom has a cantilevered balcony outside which is sheltered by the roof. It's a great place to hide out with your morning cup of coffee, carry on conversations with the songbirds, whatever. Greg does, you don't have to.

About Our Cabins
All of our cabins here at Heston's are completely outfitted for housekeeping. The modern cabins have full kitchens, with gas or electric ranges, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and dishsoap. They are heated with gas furnaces and also have a fireplace woodstove in each living room. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Our cabins are on secluded, wooded lakeshore lots. Most of them have decks that overlook Gunflint Lake. A wood-burning sauna is available for our guests.
