TAMARACK CABIN

Tamarack was built around 1930, with later additions in the 1950s and 1960s. It has three bedrooms, two with full-size beds and one with a pair of twins. The kitchen/dining room has Mexican tile countertops, and clear fir flooring. There is a rich, dark patina throughout that can only be achieved through more than 75 years of graceful living. Private dock.


About Our Cabins

All of our cabins here at Heston's are completely outfitted for housekeeping.

The modern cabins have full kitchens, with gas or electric ranges, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and dishsoap. They are heated with gas furnaces and also have a fireplace woodstove in each living room.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

Our cabins are on secluded, wooded lakeshore lots. Most of them have decks that overlook Gunflint Lake. A wood-burning sauna is available for our guests.
